Please coordinate your check out shuttle with the Front Desk the day before you leave. We offer our check out shuttle normally at 6:45am, 8:00am and 11:00am. If you need a different time please let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs.
 
Our Beach Shuttle is for Check-in & Check-Outs Only as we try to minimize the impact of driving on the Beach. If you have a special need please let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs.
 
Restaurant Hours: 7:00am-8:00pm daily – Happy Hour is from 3:00pm-5:30pm
 
Included Breakfast: 7:00am-10:00am – One main course, one natural juice, and coffee or tea per person (anything extra can be charged to your room).
 
Included Dinner: 5:00pm-8:00pm (seating time) (Please make a reservation at the restaurant)

Daily Yoga: Just come by the front desk 10 minutes before the class to pay for your ticket.
 
Hot Water: As one of our green initiatives, our hot water tanks for each room are heated by the A/C. If you are not planning to use your A/C, please let us know so that we can turn the breaker on for the hot water in your room. (this does not apply to the Family Suites and Standard Beach Rooms).
 
In case of emergency: There is a security guard on the property 24 hours a day. If needed outside of the Front Desk hours (which are 7:00am to 9:00pm), you can call our Security Guard Cell phone +506 8759-0123 or you can find him at the entrance at the guard post and he can assist or contact the correct person to help.
